Trådtittelen er et sitat fra en artikkel av Jonathan Liew i The Guardian samme dag som tråden ble startet, kort etter de sjokkerende nyhetene om at 12 europeiske toppklubber gikk inn for å opprette sin egen såkalte Superliga:
