Zip the Pinhead, født William Henry Johnson (1843 – 9. april 1926), var en amerikansk freakshow-utøver, berømt for sin merkelige hodeform. Johnson var en av inspirasjonskildene til Bill Griffiths tegneseriefigur Zippy the Pinhead.
