Moshoeshoe II (2. mai, 1938 - 15. januar, 1996), tidligere kjent som Constantine Bereng Seeiso, var overhøvding av Lesotho, som etterfulgte Seeiso som overhøvding fra 1960 til landet fikk full uavhengighet fra Storbritannia i 1966. Han regjerte som konge av Lesotho fra 1966 til sin død i 1996.
